Silk screen printing (oil-based, water-based)

Oil-based: Many materials can be used, and the colors can be shown clearly and are not affected by the base color, so the design can be expressed as designed. Four color separation process printing is possible.
Water-based: The ink permeated is used, enabling the printing to take advantage of a texture of cotton raw fabrics.

Offset printing, ink jet printing (oil-based)

Offset printing uses the planography excellent in reproductivity of photographic colors, representing the printing method of choice for large-volume printing of prints where quality is important.
This printing method is often used for the reverse printing of transparent sheets of PVC and PU.
If you wish small-lot orders, the ink jet (oil-based) printing is suitable because this printing is similar to offset printing and does not require the creation of plates.

Ink jet printing (water-based)

The outward appearance is similar to that of offset printing. Full-color printing is possible on cotton fabrics, including the base color. This printing is suited to a full-pattern and multicolor printing. Different from the offset printing, it is possible to handle small lots with no plates needed.

Sublimation transfer printing

This is the printing method which permeates designs with heat making close contact with polyester on a special pre-printed sheet. It has good color reproduction and high reproductivity of detailed designs because it is penetrated into the fabrics resulting in a finish with no sense of discomfort with high durability.

Embroidery

Possible to express a sense of luxury and a cubic effect that only embroidery can provide.
In addition to normal embroidery, we can also process to embroider with a voluminous “Sagara” embroidery in which the threads are embedded in a pile-like pattern.

Embossing

This is the method to express the patterns by increasing to apply pressure while adding heat to the mold with bumps and dips. Three-dimensional expressions can be achieved by using a technique of indenting, embossing, and foil stamping, etc.

Rapier emblem

Vivid colors produced by the rapier loom make it possible to also express fine characters and designs.

Charm and metal emblem

Decorative metal fittings can be produced by various processing such as die casting and pressing.
Surface finishes are also available upon request used by techniques such as plating , painting, and epoxy coating.

Puller
