MORITO JAPAN has been addressing the quality management mainly
in the quality assurance department.
We are reviewing the measures towards the quality/effectiveness of products and services provided by MORITO JAPAN from planning/development to sales/services , and for monitoring and improvements of safety.
Also we perform the periodical quality monitoring from the response to regulatory demand, set-up of quality goals, management reviews to the response to the output instructions, etc., promoting the activity concerning maintenance and improvements of the quality management system.
MORITO JAPAN’s products have been used in a variety of fields tuned to the customers’ needs not only our own products. Hence, we are performing a risk evaluation from the stage of planning and design development, and also carrying out the activity to reduce risks (DR: Design review). In addition, the company builds the system of quality securement through implementing the system audit and process audit according to its risks against the suppliers, thereby we build the quality securement system by carrying out the system audit/process audit according to its risks, and have been implementing the fault-prevention measures and recurrence prevention measures by immediately investigating the cause in the event of obtaining the defect information.
In addition to making known the quality policy in MORITO JAPAN, we are carrying out the quality education to our employees. In cooperation with the legal-related department, we ensure that the product development and provision should be made in accordance with the legal regulations and quality requirement.

Equipment capable of reproducing the environment of the temperature/humidity freely. Can check the influence in which the sample (specimen) under test sustains from its environment.
Equipment to check the type of element to be consisted of a sample and its content by analyzing a fluorescent X-ray energy (wavelength) and strength to generate after irradiating the sample with X-rays.
